The Cydona Accent Table
This collection is defined by geometry and mathematical patterns bringing a touch of drama to an overall elementary table set. The tables of this set are made from padauk hardwood, an African wood with a bright red color. Round tables represent equality. The repetitive pattern represent organic symmetry and the biology of all living organisms. We hope this design provokes one to ponder artistry, evolution, and the delicate balances between humankind and nature.
The Cydonia Accent Table is a simple round table with a bottom storage shelf. It is rather large for an accent table. The legs are joined with hidden dowels to both the table top and the shelf. Both the table top and shelving feature the signature cydonia carving pattern concentrically centered. The entire table is hand sanded and hand finished in a natural danish oil bringing the padauk hardwood’s red color to full brilliance.
