Tre Pezzi - Modern Dining Table
The A.M. Furnishing’s most ambitious design as of yet. The Tre Pezzi dining table is a homage to the modern and the abstract. The table incorporates the balancing act of three geometric shapes posing together in perfect harmony. Two triangular shapes inverted upon each other in an hour glass configuration form the base. The tabletop sits atop the inversion triangle base with a bottom edge chamfer, adding a finishing touch that balances the strong profiles created by this bold table.
This table is handcrafted from authentic cherry wood, one section stained in Jacobean while the remainder of the table is left in natural cherry. Each section of the table assembly is bolted together in addition to the bonded joints to ensure a lifetime of sturdiness and stability. The table top features steel reinforcement brackets to ensure the floating edges do not curl with changes in temperature and humidity. The bottom base features threaded feet pods nested within countersinks to balance the table on uneven surfaces.
All the cherry wood on the Tre Pezzi Dining Table is hand sanded and finished in a semi-gloss natural Danish oil varnish, with additional coatings of gel urethane.
