A stunning mid-century style table handcrafted from solid cherry wood. This handsome table is simple yet elegant with slight angled legs that extend from each corner of the skirt base. The skirt has a unique style of joinery that disappears into the table legs at an angle. This jointing style is consistent all along the surrounding perimeter of the table skirt. This table design is sturdy with all the crossmembers interlinked and nested within each other in perfect fitment. This elegant joint work is common in Japanese style woodwork and is cleverly implemented on the four accent overhangs on each skirt calling attention to the craftsmanship of this modern table. No metal fasteners, screws, or bolts were used to secure any section of the table.

All the cherry wood on the Westington Dining Table is hand sanded and finished in a semi-gloss natural Danish oil varnish, with additional coatings of gel urethane.
